Quality Technician Internal Projects (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to join our team in Steyr!

Your area of responsibility:

  • Management and coordination of
    • internal ESH projects and activities
    • Internal improvement projects
    • Improvements due to customer complaints
  • Support Customer Care in the creation of 8D reports
  • Supporting Customer Care with root cause analyses
  • Coordination with authorities on environmental and safety issues
  • Development and maintenance of an EHS KPI system
  • Implementation and monitoring of internal waste management
  • incl. reporting
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the legal register
  • Support with internal system audits ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018
  • Further development of the company suggestion scheme and implementation
  • resulting improvement projects
  • Derivation and implementation of lessons learnt
  • Carrying out training courses / workshops on relevant project topics 

If you have this:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management in a
  • manufacturing company
  • Experience as an internal environmental / safety auditor
  • Experience in the area of integrated management systems
  • Training as a waste management officer is an advantage
  • Knowledge of
    • of quality tools / methods (8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, PDCA,...)
    • ISO standards 9001, 14001, 4500
  • Experience in internal project management
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we would like to point out the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3,300 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We are prepared to make an overpayment, which we will be happy to discuss personally.
