Your field of activity:

  • Implement and ensure quality systems in all operational areas.
  • Implementing efficient defect management (customers, suppliers, internal).
  • Analysing internal and external quality problems and preparing the necessary reports and documentation.
  • Developing concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards together with the specialist departments.
  • Further develop existing procedures, methods and systems as well as testing equipment.
  • Create and maintain quality manuals.
  • Determine the testing method (e.g. SPC, testing severity, measuring method, measuring equipment, etc.).
  • Assess and ensure product quality (product quality responsibility).
  • Monitoring measures (e.g. rework actions, delivery stop). 
  • Ensuring reliable and capable processes.
  • Building up the team in the Quality area and leading & developing the employees in the Quality area.
  • Cost responsibility for the area, as well as responsibility for the total quality costs in the company.

If you bring this with you:

  • Extensive technical education (HTL, university, FH).
  • Several years of experience in the field of quality assurance.
  • Several years of management experience.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP system).
  • Strong communication and social skills.
  • Very high customer orientation.
  • Very high quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel.

Due to legal requirements in AT, we would like to point out the minimum salary for this position, which is € 63,000.00 per year (gross, full-time basis). Depending on your qualifications and experience, we will of course offer you a salary in line with the market, which we would be happy to discuss in person.
