Your field of activity:
Deadline tracking, definition of priorities and regular coordination with suppliers.
Imports/deliveries, invoice verification/release.
Material supply optimisation .
Ongoing communication with suppliers and development of supplier partnerships.
Consignment allocation, import processing and coordination of consignments with freight forwarders.
Control of customs clearance documents and various clarifications with the customs authorities.
Processing complaints and returns.
If you bring:
Completed technical or commercial training (Matura, FH or university).
Basic knowledge of customs law desirable, experience in handling import customs clearance or willingness to complete customs training an advantage.
Experience with international teams (preferably Asia) is an advantage.
Proactivity, results orientation and self-reliance.
Resilience, flexibility, willingness to work hard.
Growth mindset (willingness to develop further, lifelong learning).
Negotiating skills and assertiveness.
Basic technical understanding and interest in technical products.
Initial experience in purchasing, including contract law know-how, would be an advantage.
Very good written and spoken English skills.
Independent, accurate, structured and solution-oriented way of working.

For this position, a KV minimum basic salary of 37,555.56 euros gross per year (employment group E) applies. Depending on professional qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay a corresponding overpayment.
