Apprenticeship IT Systems Engineering (m/f/d)

Your field of activity:
- Contact person for end users regarding all IT concerns.
- Analyse faults and develop sustainable solutions.
- Application, OS and hardware support on servers and clients.
- Patch management, upgrade and troubleshooting of server environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user information.
If you bring this with you:
- a successful compulsory school leaving certificate.
- Open, outgoing and team-oriented personality.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential.
- Profound computer skills at user level (MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Great interest in information technology.
- Precise, logical and systematic thinking and working.
- Willingness and interest in further training.

The apprenticeship to become an IT technician (m/f) takes 4 years. For this position, the apprentice compensation is EUR 830.00 gross per month in the first year of the apprenticeship.
