We are looking for you to strengthen our team!

Your field of activity:

    • Contact person for customers on quality issues
    • Claim management (investigations, reporting, customer support via telephone or customer visit)
    • Project organization in case of justified customer complaints
    • Handling of audits
    • Plant tours with customers
    • Reporting and report management
    • Close cooperation with SQD/SQA, Application Engineering and Sales

    If you bring:

      • Sound technical education (TU, FH or HTL mechanical engineering)
      • Experience in quality assurance / quality management
      • Training as auditor and QM advantageous
      • Proactive, structured and precise way of working
      • Solution-oriented way of thinking
      • Ability to work in a team and ENJOYING CUSTOMER CONTACT
      • Fluency in written and spoken English and German indispensable
      • Very good IT skills at user level (MS-Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
      • Willingness to travel and flexibility

        For this position, a KV minimum basic salary of 38.682,28 euros gross per year (employment group E) applies. Depending on professional qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay a corresponding overpayment.
