BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AFTERMARKET (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to strengthen our team!

Your field of activity:

- Development of business opportunities in the aftermarket
- Focus on wind and rail or industrial applications
- Carrying out in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research and analysis
- Supporting local project development activities
- Establishment and expansion of the network within the focus industries, participation in specialist conferences and trade fairs
- Early identification of new market trends and problems or creation of the NKE solution
- Project and process management from idea generation through concept, planning and coordination to successful completion
- Close collaboration with the product development team to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions

If you bring this with you:

- Proactive approach, independence, business development mindset - "hunter mentality"
- Technical training, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Proven experience in business development, ideally in the industrial sector
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- High affinity for technical issues, as well as strong analytical skills and commercial or entrepreneurial thinking
- Committed personality and strong team player with the willingness to take on responsibility
- High willingness to travel (approx. 50%)

The salary range for this position is €55,000 - €70,000 per year (gross, on a full-time basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we would be happy to discuss this with you personally.
